A talented pool of warlords that included many former barons and several former overlords gathered to fight it out in the Winter cycle Warlord Tournament! There were no rings up for grabs but the prizes for the night were an intercession-free shot at the Overlord and a challenge shot at one of the barons!

The surprise of the night to those gathered to participate and those present to witness the event was that former Overlord Xeno was among those vying for a prize!!! He gained quite a few second glances from some of the less experienced warlords. You could tell that there was one or two a bit intimidated to have such a legend in their midst!!! Who can blame them?!?!

Baroness of Dockside/Little Black Book Jaycy was present and she certainly wasn’t doing anything to stop those rumors that she and former flame Sartan have heated up an old romance. She was overheard greeting him warmly and calling him “hon”. How cute… or else it would be if he wasn’t MARRIED!!! Is it just us or did Jaycy get quite the evil eye from Sartan’s pregnant wife, Rory, when she entered with SPEEDSTER Nova later in the night. We’re totally smelling major drama brewing there.

Jaycy was seen later chatting with Cas about many issues, including The Diamond himself. Our sources say that she was seen holding her belly and was sporting just a bit of a pouch!!! When Cas questioned her on whether or not she’d be entering an upcoming tournament, she seemed uncomfortable and avoided responding directly. OMG!!! Could she be knocked up to??? If Sartan’s knocked up both his wife and a mistress at the same time, we’ll so have to rename him Super Sperm Sartan!!! That would be totally MAJOR!

Hawtie Hodge seemed to be keeping a close eye on rising star Joex as he competed throughout the night!!! We always thought that it would be Rix whose attention span would end this relationship but maybe it’s Hodge’s eyes that are starting to wander. They certainly picked an interesting place to wander to!!!

In the end Aurora walked away with the win and took the Overlord challenge as her prize while the FIERCE Aya took the Baron’s challenge. We love when the ladies dominate. HAWT!!!

Seeing that Manly Tender Tucker and sweet Eva together gives us the tingles right in our itty bitty black heart!!! Eva was seen at the bar Thursday night while Tucker was tending which makes us oh so happy! Tucker was kept much too busy to chat up hiw lovely crush and Eva seemed to have business of her own. She was seen getting assistance from DoD-er Rena in helping to find a new place.  Eva seemed to have a bit of a cold! We bet that Tucker taking care of her will make her feel muuuuch better!

The mystery has been solved!!! The unknown dater’s name is Aaron and he did indeed ask DoD-er Rena out on a date. But the news gets even juicer!!! Evidently the pair is moving quite fast. Rena was overheard telling Pixie Trinala and Potter Piper that she’s actually let this Aaron character move in with her!!! ALREADY??? We thought that Potter Piper would use that good head on her shoulders and stop the madness but she said NOTHING. We don’t know anything about this guy! Le sigh!

We’re telling you those PAAAARRTY Girls are trouble! Bad Boy Wil forgot about his whole “new leaf” bit to flirt it up with Chase for a bit. When Keaton called them out on their antics, the pair laughed it up and mentioned that Chase was performing at Wil’s upcoming wedding. We don’t buy it!!! Wil was seen buying her shots and Chase even placed a kiss against Wil’s cheek and ruffled his hair. We don’t like this at all!!! Edible Eless needs to get Bad Boy Wil back in line!

Maeve knows just what to do with male suitors — she puts them to work!!! It seems that Ethan has been helping out a lot on the refuge and we’re sure he’s not doing it because he’s an animal lover! If you want to spend time with that girl, you better not be afraid of getting your hands dirty. We hear the pair actually left together late into the night.

Typically, the Inn’s basement Arena isn’t the place to go if you’re looking for a good dash of cuteness! However, last night, Uriko and Luscious Lydia were spotted battling it out with a foam noodle against a staff. Neither lady looked like they were there for violence and the match seemed to be light-hearted. We HEART them both!!!

That’s certainly not to say there was a lack of violence. A handful of warlords were duking it out for peer wins! We’ve got a feeling that there might be a challenge or two upcoming!!! Aya was seen pressing for wins as well as former Overlords Cletus and SMOKIN’ Sartan! We do hope they get serious. Man, do we love a good challenge!

Little Black Book/Baroness of Dockside Jaycy was certainly keeping to herself Thursday night!!! She almost seemed to be trying NOT to look at former/current lover, SMOKIN’ Sartan! Her former/current husband Bane showed up and the pair had a quiet conversation. You know… typically, we’d love to know what was said but we have a feeling that this one was awkward enough to make even us cringe!!!

Tass and The Gov Kitty’s wedding is still the topic on the tip of everybody’s tongue! The city remains a buzz with the news! Kacey and Chryrie were overheard discussing what details The Gov Kitty has thus far decided upon. It doesn’t seem like she’s come to many decisions yet. There’s still no wedding date but the city’s anxiously waiting to hear one!

Oh, Lawd! Randy Rhy didn’t take to kindly to Venom Vinny asking TRASH-tastic Jade who her new arm candy was. Oh, come off it, Randy Rhy! Even TRASH-tastic Jade admits that she has a short attention span when it comes to men!!! Rhy accused Venom Vinny of being jealous and Vinny took offense to the statement and FOR ONCE stood up for his marriage! Yay, Venom Vinny! Maybe Querylon will finally let him off the couch!

Damien started threatening Venom Vinny…. er, what? Bad move, bud. Baaaad move. As much as Harris insults Vinny’s skillz, he’s got some maaaaad talent. Damien obviously doesn’t follow dueling very well. Our money’s on Vinny ALL DAY LONG!

Wolv was seen hanging out in the Inn and campaigning for Governor! The primaries start this coming weekend so there’s no time to waste! He was seen having several serious looking discussions with DoD-er Rena. We wonder if she is helping him with his campaign. Considering her knowledge of the city and contacts within the different districts’ dueling baronies, he couldn’t pick a better assistant!

Julie was overheard telling Antonio and Darkmere that she’s expecting a little bundle of joy! She seemed quite overjoyed by the news and stated that she was about three months pregnant. We assume the baby’s father is her dragon husband, Drakko, who married Julie back in the summer months! He hasn’t been seen a lot of since and Julie’s been overheard complaining that he spends a great deal of time away from her. It seems he spends enough time around to get the job done!!!

Peredhil and Miss Mercy were seen having a lighthearted conversation together but their pairing didn’t last long once Potter Piper walked in the room! You just can’t seem to break up Perry and Pipes! We LOVE it! Perry and Miss Mercy joined Wil and Pipes and the well wishes for Wil’s upcoming marriage started anew! And when Eless joined the merry party, the teasing over just how many children the pair would have in their first year of marriage began. Pipes seemed to have a bit of a cough and Perry kept a close eye on her the entire night. How we adore this pair!

Teagan was calling duels in the Inn’s basement Arena Friday night and was her usual HAWT self! And speaking of HAWT sword-wielding females, Aya was seen kicking butt and taking names in Tegan’s enchanted rings! Could Aya be looking at making another run for a barony???

Harris was also seen in the ring getting in a couple warlord duels. He’s been vocal on the Arena’s corkboard as of late about the inactivity of some of the barons! Could he have had enough and be looking for peer wins to take one of them out??? Unfortunately, he followed up his peer win with a nasty loss and, just his luck, his dear “friend” Nova was there to witness it…. and laugh at him, of course!

Our sources claim to have spotted Bast hanging out with DoD-er Rena as she called a couple duels late in the evening hours of Friday night/Saturday morning! He seems to be showing a sudden interest in dueling… or maybe it’s a sudden interest in DoD-er Rena???

The UBER SEXY new girl in the Arena, Alyson, set jaws gaping AGAIN Friday night! She attracted the attention of SMOKIN’ Sartan, Speedy Nova, and Baron of New Haven Randy Rand! In fact, Randy Rand was overheard inviting her over to the New Haven Barony to try out the hot tub. OMG! We love his pimp-ilicious ways! Alyson seemed to have a thing for Rand but Nova got shot down cold. Not only is the girl HAWT but she’s got a sharp wit to boot! We’re really starting to like her!

Lordy Lordy! Does anyone in this city have planned pregnancies?!?! We think we need to have a class teaching the women of this city how babies are made. Hina was overheard announcing in the middle of the Red Dragon Inn early Tuesday night that she is pregnant with Skid’s baby or babies (as there is a rumor that there may be a small litter)!!! Skid seemed shocked and dismayed. In the future, babies’ mamas-to-be, it’s best not to tell a man that you’re about to have his unexpected child in public!!!

SPLENDIFEROUS Kairee was overheard musing over how long it may take for an angel to carry a one half angel,  one quarter demon, one quarter dragon baby! We are just curious to see what that combination looks like!

SUUUUUPER Des cheered us up by appearing behind the bar and chatting with the lovely AJ about marriage and motherhood. It seems that Des and Gav’s little girl will be one in February! My, how time flies! AJ should take lessons from Des. There’s a girl who knows how to have high ambitions in marriage. MARRY ROYALTY! DUMP THE BUM!

Amber showed up a short time later to relieve Des, apologizing that she was running late. It seems that poor Amber took a nasty spill into the pond — ice skates and all!!! We’re so glad that she’s okay! She’s such a doll!

Although, TRASH-tastic Jade was seen chatting about her wedding with Gabe on Friday, she was seen back in the company of old boyfriend, Michale, on Tuesday! These two need to make this girl make a final decision already! Gabe or Michale??? Michale or Gabe??? This has been going on for faaaar too long!

Our sources reported back that the Outback and Twilight Island were relatively quiet. Mini-Frank Cor and Wyh Not called duels in the Outback for the likes of dangerous Raye and Steamy Sartan while Venom Vinny was on duty chatting with Kyndra who just returned after a long absence. Welcome back, Kyndra!

In the Inn’s basement Arena, the Baroness of Dragon Gate Aya Hayashibara had to defend her title against Xavior Mues! The troublesome Imp brought his grabby hands to call the single duel format challenge. The Baroness didn’t stand much of a chance. Xavior came hard hitting out of the gates and won by a total of 5-1 in six short rounds. Xavior did not announce an alignment to Overlord Roland, stating that he needed some time to consider the matter.

There was some sort of drama early in the evening involved TRASH-tastic Jade and her on-again/off-again man Michale who was present. It seems that TRASH-tastic Jade might be having second (…er third? …or sixth?) thoughts about dumping Michale and we hear that he’s torn between TRASH-tastic Jade and her friend Lana. The pair were seen going off in the alley together but were of course spied on by their friends. Aly was overheard telling Venom Vinny (who if you remember correctly was just kissing TRASH-tastic Jade the night before) that Michale professed his love which reduced Jade to tears. Much to the delight of Aly, the pair returned stating that they were going to attempt to “work things out”.

Lana is so going to go Vampire Hunter on both of their undead tails!

The Gov Kitty was overheard lamenting that we said that Tass bought her a ring when he had, in fact, not bought her a ring. Fine, fine. We’re not perfect you know. Even the Gossip GangSTAR gets some bad information on rare occasions. However, she did show Sylvia a pair of lovely teardrop earrings. Sylvia listened and said sweet things as The Gov went
on about her new man!!! Really, The Gov and Tass are starting to make us nauseous with their lovey dovey routine.

Basalt was tending bar. .. and, man, does she scare us! All we’re going to say is that she’s lovely and wonderful and the BEST TENDER EVAR!!! Whenever she starts talking about hunting we just want to crawl under a booth and cry!!!

Lucky was overheard telling the STUNNING Alysia (yeah, she’s another one we’re afraid of!) that he opened a new business — a shipyard in West End. We hear that he’s not just running the business but is helping to build the ships himself!!! Alysia appeared impressed as are we!!!

In the Annex of the Inn, a small crowd gathered to witness the Baronness Aya Hayashibara defend the Dragon’s Gate Barony in an overtime duel. The Overlord Cletus Ganderfald was present and accounted for but after the match Aya confirmed her stance as renegade. Imp was present to keep score and received some scathing commentary from Aya when he gave her a post-match congratulatory grope!

The comedy relief came early Friday night in the Red Dragon Inn! Brale Brother Baker and OUR DoD-er Evie were doing what they do best — drinking ale and making the other patrons laugh (either with them or at them… we don’t think they care which). Evie and Baker are still claiming that Evie’s pregnant and we’re still praying that they’re pulling our legs. Even TRASH-tastic Jade, Lang, and The Gov Kitty seemed a bit appalled at the idea of this pair reproducing!

And then the night took an even odder turn (if that is at all possible) when Baker proposed to Eve using a rubber washer as a ring. The pair then immediately began talking about creating their gift registry.

….there aren’t many times when we just don’t know what to type but we must admit that this is one of those times. We suppose congratulations are in order… but, honestly, we’ll believe it when we see Evie walking down the aisle with an ale mug instead of a bouquet and the pair performing brale/dale in front of a minister instead of the ring exchange. Either way, we better get an invite to this shindig!!!

We last reported that Cutie Savannah was seen hanging out with Jason A. and it seems that she was quite taken by him! She was overheard by our sources spilling to Phillipe about just how “amazing” it was to be kissed by Jason A.!!! PUPPY LOVE ALERT!!! Too freaking cute!!!

Evie and Baker weren’t the only ones celebrating! Icer was surrounded by friends as she celebrated her birthday!!! It appears that TRASH-tastic Jade seemed to believe that she needed to do the drinking for her friend. Jade proceeded to get utterly WASTED while her on-again/off-again man, Gabe, looked on glumly. Icer didn’t seem to mind. She was too thrilled by the BEAUTIFUL necklace that her hubby Aurthur got her! Wives are so easy to please on their birthdays if you know the one simple rule to giving them gifts. Expensive jewelry = Everlasting love! Men! Learn it! Love it! Live it!

Dueling in the basement Arena started off with a hilarious twist as well!!! Baron of the Seaside District Damien faced off against Baroness of Dragon’s Gate Aya with Mini Frank Cor calling!!! Let us tell you, this was a battle of complete opposites! Tough, straight-laced Aya did not seem to find drunkard Damien the least bit amusing!!! She was even unhappier when she only managed to put one point on the board against the stumbling wino!

Really, it was a night of comedy! Shame on you for not being out to witness it!

Our sources were thrilled to report back to us about the events that took place in the early evening hours of Friday night in the Inn! They tell us that Tucker appeared a mess of emotions when Doc Eva walked through the day!!! And when Mercy asked him if Eva was his “lass”, Giant Tucker turned a SPECTACULAR shade of red!!! We looooove this pairing!

Mercy seems to be spending quite a bit of time these days with tall, good-looking Peredhil!!! Perhaps her broken-heart has been soothed since Pelnar’s loss and she’s ready to move on! We sure hope so. Mercy sure could use some loving! And who better than Peredhil???

G’naughy G’nort and The Gov Kitty were AGAIN seen hanging out together and AGAIN seen leaving together!!! You’ve got to be kidding us!!! This pair together has the ego to smother the entire city and the combined sexual energy that leaves us feeling the sort of dirty that no amount of showers can save us from. Say it ain’t so, Gov!

Speaking of unusual pairings leaving together, DoD-er Rena was seen having a very private in-depth conversation with Soerl and then later headed out with him!!! Our sources think that these two make much better sense than Rena and Boy Toy Val. We shall see but we do believe that they are quite cute together!!!

Black Book Special Jaycy must have run out of married men in her Dockside District as she showed up in the Arena to look for new talent…. and to get a duel in, of course! Friday night’s unsuspecting victim? Her old friend Rand! Jaycy certainly had him distracted in the ring! She took a solid win as Rand spent most of the match admiring her legs. Unfortunately for Jaycy, she didn’t hook this one. He moved on to the next Baroness waiting for a duel — Aya. Poooor Succubus Jaycy!

Icer was in the Inn Thursday evening telling SMOKING HAWT Alain that her husband Aurthur, her father, and one of her sons has been captured!!! Icer was lamenting over the fact that because of her hatchlings she is unable to do much in the search for the three but that she is sure that they are still alive. Scary stuff!!!

Our sources overheard Nyx drop to Lyris that her birthday just passed!!! She bought herself some pretty material for a new belly dancing outfit but it does not sound as if she had a proper party. So sad!!! Well, happy birthday you sweet little dancer, you!

Maybe Chryrie should get a “Suuuuper” moniker as well! A stranger rushed into the Inn claiming that his friend was in need of a healer. Chryrie did not hesitate to lend her services and when she returned she stated that the woman’s life she’d been called on to heal had been saved. YAY, CHRYRIE! We HEART talented AND sexy women!!!

Grrrr. Cassie came around dressed like a hobo. Flip flops! Come on?!?! What professional woman wears flip flops in public??? Obviously she came looking for her man Alain. Perhaps if we were a woman like Cassie we’d keep a tight leash on our uber sexy man as well!!!

On a better note, Jade continued to look almost classy!!! She was dressed in a black dress with a thick red belt and her make-up was actually NOT overkill. We totally LOVE the new look. Way to go, FLAWLESS Koy! Score another for the Fashion Police!!! Jade also had a looovely accessory in fake brother Mark. Evidently he’s not her real brother but she calls him brother. The people of this city and all their fake relatives CONFUSE me!!! If you didn’t share a parent with the person you are NOT their sibling!!! Anyway, Mark has that dark shaggy-haired look that we ADORE. Cute boy! Would looooove to see more of that, if you know what we’re saying!

Late into the night our sources caught Eless and Connar in a private conversation in the Inn!!! Now this is certainly not the first time the pair have been caught in a flirtatious conversation. Our sources spotted them together already in early May. Make your move already, Connar!!! Sheesh!

There was lots of action in the Arena on Thursday night! Imp was the caller on duty and he, of course, was up to his usual amount of trouble. He made time to grope and lick a number of women including Aya, Rena, and Uriko. Cas was having a rough night. With his usual amount of charm and grace (in other words, a complete lack of either), he lost to both a gnome in Gnimish and a dwarf in Felix. To make himself feel better, he went about talking up all his other accomplishments for several hours. BORING! Way to go, Gnim and Felix!!!

We’d be amiss if we did not mention the posters that seem to be EVERYWHERE as well as the town crier echoing the news. It seems that our dear, wonderful Ms. Mercy has gone missing!!! Rumor has it that she was kidnapped by a mage in the Southern Glen several days ago!!! Pelnar is evidently quite distraught and has thrown himself into searching for his lovely lady. So sad!!! We hope that she is found soon!!

Well, you’ve got to hand it to Harris, he sure knows how to throw an event! The current Overlord (with calling assistance from cute as a button Rory and Keeper Mrs Wyh Not) was the host of this cycle’s Warlord Tournament (the winner of which gets a shot to take his title) and the talented pool of thirteen duelists duked it out for over SIX hours!

Of course, the action outside the ring was just as hot and heavy as the action within the rings. Kaja and G’nort were up to their typical oversexed ways! She’s always looking at him as if she’s undressing him with her eyes and he’s always talking about undressing her. Isn’t it cute when two nymphomaniacs find one another?!?!

Even her boss Artemus seemed shocked when Rena lost it on Val during a heated discussion. Were they talking of rumors of Val’s infidelity??? Rena’s been spending too much time with the girls of DoD. They’re short tempers are wearing off on her. She slammed a beer bottle against her man in anger!!! Gotta love those DoD girls! They do know how to throw a good show! Val ended her temper tantrum by blurting out that he’s in love with her. That seemed to cool Rena’s heels…. at least until he does it again. Cheaters never learn!

Baroness Jaycy even remembered where the Annex was and showed up to witness the tournament! But you have to know it’s not because she felt obligated to be there as a baronial responsibility. Instead, she was deeply engaged in conversation with the quiet but very handsome Leo de Lorenzo. She’s been spotted on several occasions with him and as her attention usually runs short on men the moment she beds them we’ll assume that he’s holding out on her. KEEP YOUR PANTS ON, MAN!

Jewell showed up to cheer on Bran who despite his rookie standing hung in with the veteran duelers until the very end. The former baroness Morgan made us very happy by extending her come back after the Madness Tournament to the Warlord Tournament. She had a solid performance and spent the evening cheering on her good friend and the owner of Red Orc (the brewery behind everybody’s favorite beer - Badsider) Jake Thrash. And Taneth made an appearance to cheer on…. well, everyone.

Cletus was the last man standing at the end of the night and earned himself the right to challenge Harris for the Overlord title. But that wasn’t the end of the good news for Cletus! Shortly before his final match, his wife Arane was overheard telling him that they had another baby on the way.

Cletus wasn’t the only one to walk away with a prize. Second place went to bad ass Aya who kicked butt and took names the entire night. While she lost to Cletus in the third round, she battled her way through the Loser’s Bracket to face off with him again in the final match. She won the first but Cletus was able to beat her back in seventeen rounds to take top billing. Aya accepted the baronial challenge and look for her to be issuing a challenge in the next week!
