Team Dueling League’s best of the best faced off as the Amethyst Division all-stars took on the Sapphire Division all-stars! The winning division earned home field advantage (the right to make their opponent throw out the first match-up) in the TDL Finals at the end of the year!

Among calls that they are the weaker division despite having the number one team in the league in their midst, the Amethyst All-star team was looking to come to the match hard. They were captained by WRC’s Tony Graziano who was assisted by DTM’s Big Britches Erin. For their captain selections, Tony picked his sister-in-law Ria while Erin choose DTM’s rising star Joex. KGM’s Roland, DTM’s Erin, WRC’s Maria, WRC’s Chris, and WRC’s Bode were all voted onto the team. WRC’s Tony, DTM’s Teagan, ATR’s Topaz, KGM’s Kelten, and MRC’s Kyra also earned seats on the team for having the highest MPDPD’s for their respective teams of the remaining duelists.

The Sapphire Division also fielded strong talent with PWF’s Jack captaining and CDR’s G’naughty G’nort as his assistant. PWF’s Jack used his captain selection for PWF’s Boof while CDR’s G’anughty G’nort used his on CDR’s DoD-er Charlie. TMF’s Sartan, PWF’s Tex, CDR’s Grayson, TTW’s Esper, and CDR’s Tareth were all voted onto the team. While CDR’s Daryl, PWF’s Herbert, TMF’s Little Black Book Jaycy, COM’s Lionhood Rakeesh, and TTW’s Anushka earned seats on the team for having the highest MPDPD’s for their respective teams of the remaining duelists.

Congratulations to all the All-stars for making the team!

However, the real prize is taking home field advantage back for your division! Amethyst scored an early win in their bucket as Overlord Roland took down his good friend Smokin’ Sartan but Kelten was no match for Rakeesh’s super lionhood! With things all even, Big Britches Erin choose to face off against DoD-er Charlie. While the pair have been close friends in the past, things were not hunk dory Thursday night. Although much of their conversation was lost among the din of the crowd, the ladies had words through out the fifteen rounds of the match. Charlie finally gained the win to put another nail in Amethyst’s coffin.

Charlie wasn’t the only DoD-er present! Badsider Brew spokesbabe DoD-er PJ also came out of hiding (under whatever rock she passed out under last) to flirt with whatever hunk of man meat was looking her way! After Amethyst snagged a win with Joex defeating Tex, DoD-er PJ went into action to care for the hunky cowboy. Let’s just say that there were no complaints on Tex’s end!!!

Speaking of hunky, Esper had way too much to be stopped by Ria which evened things up again. Yet, Tareth took a solid victory over Pirate Babe/Talon of Redwin Teagan to push things back in Sapphire’s favor!!! Tareth didn’t linger long in the ring. He and DoD-er Charlie were practically inseperable the entire night! It seems that things are still going HAWT and HEAVY there!!!

After some choice remarks that Smokin’ Sartan made bout Chris Graziano’s sister and wife, Chris was quite thrown off his game. He dropped the last duel to Boof which secured Sapphire’s easy victory over Amethyst. We, however, wouldn’t be too smug if we were Sartan. Chris doesn’t seem to be the type of person that lets things go that easy!!! With both of their respective teams fighting for a place in the TDL Finals, this grudge might not die here!!! Chris was consoled by his BFF RAT-tastic Napoleon… and who wouldn’t just love to be hugged on by an oversized, candy-eating rat?

Sera did her puppy dog routine again Thursday night. She was totally following Darkmere, keeping at his heels, and looking for his approval at EVERY turn. This is starting to annoy even us. We like Pyscho Ex-Girlfriend Sera who makes a huuuuuge scene and insults her men. This obedient, slave-like Sera is NO FUN!!!
Then the night got a bit… odd. Mu was overheard by our sources (and, well, the whole Inn) telling Chryrie that Mu had sex with Chryrie’s sister, Kitty. We totally HEART the Gov! Her drama is soooo good for our blog!!! Politics, sex scandals, and violence!!! LOVE IT!!! Chryrie, however, didn’t. She evidently has been begging her sister for a bit of discretion.
Poor dear Charlotte was spotted by our sources in the Inn speaking with Jewell. The topic of their conversation could not be overheard but one has to suspect that it might be in regards to the incident the night prior involving Charlotte and Dakota’s son, Thomas, and Jewell’s daughter, Amanda. Charlotte was not looking well. It appears that she’s taking this divorce very hard.

Dakota soon arrive. He and Jewell quickly commenced to arguing over the topic once again. Jewell is quite adamant that Amanda should not be around Thomas. Tsk, tsk. We don’t know much about raising children but we do know if you tell a preteen girl not to do something, she’s going to do it just to spite you. GO, YOUNG LOVE!!! Thomas + Amanda = Too Cute For Words!!!

Interestingly enough, Dakota was seen leaving WITH Charlotte!!! We are PRAYING for a reunion between these two but we’re certainly not going to hold our breath.

Lydia has been several times in the past couple of weeks with a handsome elf who were told is a carpenter named Glenn. In fact our sources tell us that she has even been caught…. SMILING once or twice in his presence!!! GASP!!! Could Lydia be falling for the new guy??? We can totally see her with a guy that’s good with his hands!!!

Chris Graziano and his brother-in-law Bode were spotted fighting for the Wrecking Crew over in the Iron Fists Garden. The boys really shouldn’t be allowed in public without one of their female relatives because they were certainly up to trouble!! The pair verbally poked and prodded practically every other male duelist present. Quite the entertaining duo!

To cap off the evening’s duels, rumor has it that SLUTTACIOUS Charlie had it out with her brother Gavin and her fellow DoD-er PJ!!! Evidently her contention is that the pair has been flirting too much considering that PJ is allegedly still with Gage. While Gavin and PJ evidently claim to have some sort of unfinished business! We’re dying to know what that business might be!!!

We hear that even Imp was talking in the Arena during his shift about how excited is to attend FLAWLESS Koy and Man-tastic Matt’s wedding on Sunday!!! Can you even imagine the looks that RhyDin’s fashion elite is going to give him??? HILARIOUS!!! Two days until the big event!!!

Poor Sera just can’t seem to keep a man on the straight and narrow. Thursday night in the Inn her current flame Darkmere was seen flirting with the Gov Kitty who he shared a brief fling with. He was overheard telling Kitty how good she smelled and massaging her neck!!! Poor Psycho Ex-Girlfriend Sera!!!

Kitty, on the other hand, wasn’t too concerned with Darkmere. Instead, she was laying into Darren for pouring brale over the breasts of a woman other than his cute little blonde witch of a girlfriend!!! Darren BLAMED his cheating ways on Sugar for refusing to leave her room. Wow. Just plain wow!!!

Our sources spotted Goon in the Arena Thursday night!!! NO LIE!!! He tumbled oh-so ungracefully down the stairs before landing in a cute pile on the floor. The only thing that would have made it cuter is if Taneth was there to hug him after his fall!!!

The Iron Fists Garden was packed full of talented fighters! Dawn certainly wasn’t making any friends while she dueled Val. She was down right nasty with Boy Toy Val but he got the last laugh by taking the win over her. Dawn certainly wasn’t happy! She stormed her way out of the Garden!

Also in a bad mood was Ladies’ Man Tony who blamed it on not having enough to eat. Typically we don’t report on the sibling rivalry in the Wrecking Crew because… well, it happens so much it really isn’t news. Unfortunately, not much else happened Thursday night. Anyway, Tony’s sister Maria and his sister-in-law Ria had been joking around when he snapped at the pair! He was also seen storming out!!! But Ria was in hot pursuit to buy the kid a pizza (which from what we’ve heard of Tony probably made everything a-okay) while Bode was seen distracting his wife by leading her out for a dinner of their own.

The drama started early Saturday!!! And that’s EXACTLY how we like our weekends!!!

Early in the evening hours, our sources spotted Sera (of the “Bloody Psycho Ex-Girlfriend” fame who dated Dameon and then moved on to Feilas) with Feilas! Feilas left her several months back and disappeared without a word for “work”. Ladies, when a man says that he disappeared to work on a “project”, the only question is whether or not it’s a blonde, brunette, or redhead project!!!

Well, we know if there is one thing Sera does right, it’s knowing how to cause a scene in a public place! And we LOVE her for it! With Feilas in tears and Sera up in arms, this relationship came to a stunning end. Ever see one of those videos made by the insurance institute where the car with crash dummies inside hits a brick wall??? Yeah, that’s the way our sources described watching this one. You just COULDN’T look away!!!

Don’t swear off relationships for too long, Sera. We’re expecting another dramatic (AND public) break-up in another couple of months!!! Love you, girlfriend!

WE TOTALLY HEART Piper!!! She strolled into the Inn perfectly dressed for the evening in just a simple pink sundress that looked stunning against her dark hair and skin! That girl totally knows how to WORK it! Unfortunately, our sources spotted her popping some unknown pills. We really hope she isn’t falling into that sort of behavior. Drugs are bad, people! She was also spotted reading our printed version! We love when our subjects are also fans!!!

Darkmere didn’t waste long moving on from the Gov Kitty. He was back hitting on Wolv’s girl Kaspar who he actually had in his lap!!! AND he was flirting with Sera who had come back a couple hours after her break-up to man hunt. We admit when we’ve made a mistake and we made a mistake. Darren is no where near a man-whore when compared to Darkmere. He certainly is the worst of the worst in that regard.

Our sources spotted Darren out and about quite a bit last night! He was seen at Duke’s (which is a gay bar) but left rather quickly! And then he was seen at Captain Hammer’s (made famous by their connection with TDL/IFL duelist Bode Bojangles) and then finally he ended his night in the Inn. And he was TRAAAASHED! It turns out he hasn’t ended his relationship with the blonde twin Sugar. He was overheard saying that he’d have to take a shower before he crawled into bed with her so he didn’t smell like booze. Le sigh.

The storied former Overlord Xenograg was spotted in the Inn’s basement Arena having a pretty intense conversation with G’nort. It was clear that the General did not understand the Baron of the Old Market’s feelings on the overlord title. G’nort is a many time baron but has no desire to hold the Overlord title. Xeno is evidently looking for new blood — a young warlord looking to prove himself — as Overlord. The two names that were mentioned? Felix and Bran. What an honor to be seen by Xeno as a strong candidate to make a good Overlord!!!

The DoD’s SLUTTACIOUS Charlie was spotted in the Arena chatting with fellow DoD-er Rena about a truly AMAZING event that they want to hold!!! Charlie wants to convince G’nort and to have PJ convince Jake to have the Golden Ivy Tavern and the Red Orc Brewery to sponsor a night of free booze and DoD-style fun in the Inn to celebrate (or in Charlie’s words “mourn”) the ending of Koy’s bachelorette status!!! No date has been thrown around as of yet but we’re already getting excited about the drunken debauchery!!!

The Inn and the dueling venues have been short on special events this month. Everybody must be out having summer-y types of fun!!! We were excited to see a Overlord Challenge taking place in the Arena Thursday night!

The Baroness from Battlefield Park and Wrecking Crew member Maria Graziano was facing off against Overlord Cletus Ganderfald in a best of three match-up for the title and the right to reside at Overlord Island! Maria dueled with her husband Bode Bojangles (who made a rare appearance in the Arena) as her second and the Pimp-alicious Imp as her Imp of honor! Cletus was seconded by his brother (and a many-titled duelist himself) Magnus Eques and was dueling for the honor of his (rumored) pregnant wife Arane Nausikaa who was noticeably absent from the proceedings.

Quite the crowd gathered to watch the match which Imp called!

G’nort, baron of the Old Market District, showed up and made it clear that he would be renegade no matter who won. G’nort has a long-time standing (and at times violent) feud with Cletus over a number of issues and G’nort has not been on speaking terms with Maria since his current wife Kaja (who used to be a member of the Crew) left fiancee and WRC mega-hottie Tical for G’nort.

Baroness of Seaside Karen Wilder who ALSO has long-time standing disagreement with both Cletus (who Karen has been accused of challenge-stalking for unknown reasons) and Maria (who has insulted Karen on a number of occasions for seemingly no reason). As Cletus took the win in three matches, Karen made it quite clear that she was planning on challenging as soon as the standings came out on Thursday.

Former baroness/overlord and current DoD-er Rena was spotted at the bar DRINKING! While it may sound odd that we were surprised to see a DoD girl drink, she’s usually the sober one of the bunch! Rena was, of course, in the presence of her close “man-friend” Darren. As usual Darren was busy hitting on everything in a skirt.

Which included the Baroness of Dockside Jaycy! Bad Boy Darren was overheard telling Rena that he couldn’t sleep the night before because Jaycy had gotten him all wound up with no release!!! And THEN went on to say that he had done the same to her the night prior to that!!! When is that cute little Sugar going to wise up and drop his tail!!! As for Jaycy??? Tsk, tsk, tsk. The girl is STILL a slut after all these years!!!

Even the Gov Kitty turned out for the challenge match but she didn’t seem to really know why she was there. Maybe her people made her attend??? G’nort kept her amused through out and we bet if asked today what sort of match was happening, the HAWTIE Gov would have NO IDEA!!!

Tony Graziano showed up to cheer on his older sister (and get love from the womenfolk, of course) a bit late due to his IFL match!!! Taneth certainly seemed to like the kid as well!!! Tony took exception to being introduced as “Maria’s brother”and when Taneth told him that it was because Maria is beautiful, Tony assured her that he is more beautiful than Maria. We HEART Tony!!!

Maria dominated in the beginning but slow and steady wins the race!!! Cletus pulled ahead in the second match and took the third solidly to defend his title once again. We guess that all those “performance enhancing supplements” doesn’t help too much with endurance does it, Maria???

Congratulations to Cletus for continuing his record-setting FOURTH reign!!!

SPOTTED:

- The sexy Tarl facing off against everybody’s favorite GOOOOON in their Madness duel. Unfortunately for the millions of Goon fans around the city, it was Tarl who got the better end of this one and earned himself a spot in the FINAL FOUR!

- The Rat-tastic Napoleon! He came in to serve as official “lap warmer” to his favorite caller, Chris (GRATziano as Napoleon calls him). The rat pirate even invited Chris to go raiding the next day with he and his fellow pirates!

- Maria in a dress! Even her brother Chris seemed stunned when Maria wandered in after a promotional event wearing a short black dress to watch her husband Bode get a duel or two in. Chris told her that she must “trash” herself up before coming to the Arena. Man, you’ve got to at least hand it to those Graziano kids! Certainly no pretenses to them.

- Taneth telling Bran that he broke her “teeny tiny heart”! Bran shot back by accusing her of wagging her tail at him in a suggestive manner. Wait, wait, wait! Taneth has a tail? The whole thing is quite confusing.

- Alyxz, one of Taneth’s main squeezes, showing up for his Madness Tournament duel against Horatio. Horatio took an early lead and never gave it back to emerge as the winner of the Athlstan bracket!

- The blond haired, blue-eyed cutie, Storm, chatting comfortably with scrumcious Ewan! The pair certainly seemed to be flirting with one another as the had an intimate one-on-one conversation. This pairing is too cute!!!

- the super HAWT Kina macking on her husband Antonio during their tending shift in the Inn. Kina dropped the news (at least it was news to US) that Antonio is her FOURTH husband. Well… fourth time’s the charm, right? Elessaria asked if he had any brothers. Hm, iiiinteresting. Perhaps Elessaria is the next pretty jewel that we need to find a man for!

- Mercy joined with Pelnar and Connar! Is this a love triangle just waiting to happen? All three certainly appeared to be quite chummy.

First and foremost, a huge congratulatory message must be extended to Jonas and his lovely new fiancee — Gentlefrost Shimmerwing! He proposed to her in front of a group of onlookers in the Inn last night, extending the romantic mood that has gripped the Inn since the Cupid’s Follies dance. A wedding date has not been sent yet but we are already planning what we will wear to the event!

The calm, collected, and oh-so-cute Topaz oversaw the craziness on the Twilight Isle that included Art turning into a large cat and entertaining the small crowd with his feline antics. Silly kitty!

A challenge match in the Outback for the dark opal drew a crowd of some of RhyDin’s finest athletes including Baron G’nort Dragoon-Talanador, Baroness Rena, TDL MVP Maria Graziano with fellow Wrecking Crew teammate Bode Bojangles, as well as TdR’s green jersey holder and the fantastic designer of so many pretty clothes Koy from the Heavenly Boutique. Along with a crowd of some newcomers to the sport, they witnessed Golden Dragon duelist of the year Rakeesh duke it out with many-time baron and opal holder, Cas! Cas emerged the victor and the new holder of the dangerous opal!
