We Die Monday!

Well, well, well. That was certainly an interesting vibe that our sources spotted between Ewan and his wife the Divine Mrs. Storm! They report back to us that the couple seemed awfully cozy and were chatting about how nice it was to have one of the Taneths stay with them for a couple of days. A couple days earlier we’d heard Taneth saying what a great time she’d had there to Lucky Lawyer Lucien. Well, it certainly seemed as if having an additional member to their household made them realize that they… well, want an additional member to their household.

Their conversation was interrupted when a watchman who was present decided that he was going to take baby Taneth to an orphanage since she had no guardians or parents present. Ewan and Storm quickly stepped in to say that Taneth had plenty of guardians. We hear that they eventually took her home with them after a round of harassing from the watchman. We have a feeling that he’s going to be in deep trouble when the Gov MAN-tastic Matt hears about it! Not only are Ewan and Storm one of the city’s more high profile couples but MAN-tastic Matt has a special place in his heart for the Taneths.

You know what the problem with cheating on your man and expecting to have a relationship with the man that you cheated with? The sort of man that will engage in such an affair is never ever trustworthy. Danny was seen hanging out in the Inn laaaate into the night flirting it up with Kendall as well as some pretty brunette. Kendall didn’t seem much interested (probably because he can put together complete sentences) but the mystery brunette definitely did. It seemed pretty hot and heavy between the pair of them. We’ll have to see where it leads!

There were fireworks a plenty in the Outback Monday night! We hear that some girl named Eleanor dared enter the Outback and try to campaign for the Governor position. FLAWLESS Koy was pretty livid but MAN-tastic Matt tried to talk her down by telling her it was neutral territory. We hear that Eleanor told Koy that she didn’t think Matt was a bad governor but that he was getting a bit “old” for the position. OMG! WE DIE! AWESOME! This girl just scored some big brownie points in our book. Not only did she walk into Matt’s building to campaign for his political position but then she called him “old” to his violent wife’s face! Balls of steel!

Rekah and Cassius were spotted together… and we hear that he was actually being rather sweet to her. We weren’t sure that Cassius was capable of such a sentiment. He was overheard by our sources congratulating her on her win and for making the Elite Eight while giving her a hug. She was evidently trying to get him to come watch her in her match against Neo which is set for Thursday night. Really, nobody should miss that match. Who isn’t intrigued by Rekah’s underdog rise through the Madness Tournament??? We didn’t think Cassius would appreciate Rekah’s silliness but he certainly seemed happy with her Monday night!

It seems that Lydia and Soerl are looking for a new place with a bit more room for his kid from his previous marriage and… a new baby??? It certainly seemed that they were discussing just that. Lydia has definitely changed over the years that we’ve been blogging in RhyDin. Maybe, just maybe, she’s ready for this journey. She certainly deserves to finally be completely happy. Our sources tell us that she definitely looked happy when talking about the new house and their life together. Good for her!

Save the Garden Gnomes Tuesday!

For crying out loud! Is there a classy bone in Darcy’s body??? Would she know classy if it walked up and popped her upside the head??? She was overheard Tuesday night in the Red Dragon Inn trying to get another jello wrestling event together. You know, some people work to find homes for orphans, some people fight evil monsters threatening to take over the city, some people try to stomp out poverty and Darcy tries to bring people together to drink copious amounts of alcohol and waste food by rolling around in it so that men can drool over her. Fantastic. And, of course, Dean was feeling the action. Ugh. To make matters worse she was actively promoting the event and trying to get women to sign up. AND IT WAS WORKING!!! We hear that even our adorable Amber started talking about wearing a bikini to wrestle around in some jello. Say it ain’t so!

It just seemed a night entirely based on drinking, debauchery, and dumb kids. Aaron rolled in trying to get people to vote for him as he campaigned on a platform of wet t-shirts, beer, and girl-on-girl action. Wonderful. We hear that Quinn eagerly agreed to support him. Big shock there. Maybe she and Dean are made for one another.

We hear that at least Susan was not feeling Aaron’s pitch for governor. She told him that wet clothes and politics don’t mix and that if he touches her he may not keep his hand. Awesome. That girl scores some major brownie points in our book!

It certainly doesn’t seem like this Kate would have anything in common with Fio… other than maybe that they have both banged Ali. Oh, come on. You know you think Kate has too! Anyway, it seems they’ve been getting along swimmingly. The pair were again seen chatting at the bar and then seem to be becoming fast friends. Since Kate seems way more normal than the people that Fio usually hangs out with, we’ve got to think that this is a good thing. Kate was overheard asking Fio when her due date is so we finally know when to expect the baby! Fio said late August or early September! A fall baby! Yay!

That mystery guy who we mentioned was seen with that Riley girl has a name and it’s evidently Daniel. The pair were seen chatting with Kendall (Yep, Kendall! Haven’t seen her around in forever!)  and we hear that he’s opening an Indian restaurant here in RhyDin! Awesome! Give me some naan and kadai chicken and I’m one happy boy! We can’t wait until that place opens up. He seems on the surface to be a pretty decent catch. A man that can and is willing to cook definitely deserves a second look. If you ladies are interested you better get a move on. It sure looks to us like Riley is getting ready to lay claim on him…. if she hasn’t already!

Duci looked on in a mixture of horror and amusement as Crazy Train Tara roasted a gnome and then fed it to Sal…. in the middle of the Inn. That odd combination of horror and amusement seems to follow Crazy Train Tara wherever she goes. We understand that Darcy was actually seen carving the gnome like a turkey. OMG! GNOMES HAVE FEELINGS TOO!!! Some celebrity should take “Save the Garden Gnomes!” on as their next big publicity stunt — eh, we mean “charity project”, of course.

Thorne was seen calling on Twilight Island Tuesday night. We hear that he was overheard trying to come up with a nickname for Esperwind. Ehhh… probably not a good idea. One of his friends should clue him in on Esper’s reputation. He’s not a nickname sort of guy. We do have to admit that we’re glad that Esper’s back but we’re waiting on pins and needles to see who he will lay into first! If Thorne’s not careful, it may very well be him!  Our sources spotted him in a ring at some point with Archmage McPretty (we just had to steal the nickname Harris gave her) Sivanna! What an interesting match, no??? It seems she and that husband of her’s, Alec, are still doing well. Bummer! We still have hopes that someday she’ll realize that she’s desperately in love with Neo.

But All The Cool Kids Are Experimenting Friday!

We’re dyyyying to know exactly when Cutie Carley’s relationship with Cy moved past the friendship zone! We weren’t sure if they would ever cross that line! However, they certainly seemed more than friends Friday night when our sources caught sight of them in the Red Dragon Inn. They were sharing goofy grins and he even was seen patting her leg. You know… we were hoping that these two would get together but now that they have we’re left wondering if he’s good enough for her! She is the most adorable thing on the face of the planet!

Lil’ Bit Lirssa was tending the bar and Kendall and Serena were there with her. We hear that Serena was telling the girls that The World’s Hottest Tender Tucker is better now! We’re super glad to hear that. Evidently all that commotion the night before led to Doc Eva cutting out whatever it was that was causing him to act like… well, like a dirty old man. When he felt up Our Darling Taneth a couple weeks back that was really the last straw. We’re glad that somebody finally did something! Now if only somebody will do something to help O.D. Taneth!

Oh, wow. Has Darcy had a healthy relationship??? Mega Mom Icer was overheard trying to calm her “daughter” down but not much seemed to be working. Somehow Darcy’s current boyfriend, Shadow, made her so angry that she made quite the scene. There was screaming, pounding on doors, and death threats. We hear that she COMPLETELY embarrassed herself by going all crazy girlfriend on him. Later when she finally calmed down a bit she was seen in tears, singing some sad love song. Le sigh. Will this girl ever gain some self-respect???

L.B. Lirssa was seen chatting with Lucky Lawyer Lucien! It seems that some believe she would be better off going off to boarding school! Aw! How sad would that make us??? We’ve got to say, though, it might actually be in her best interest. If she has the friends that can pay for some fancy boarding school, why should she remain in RhyDin tending bar and running the streets??? We hear that she didn’t seem really keen on talking about the subject and instead forced L.L. Lucien to tell her about all the fights he’s been getting into recently. Iiiiinteresting! Our sources couldn’t hear the details which is really a shame because we’d love to hear the explanation for L.L. Lucien’s recent short temper!

What…??? Brale Brother Reap asked L.L. Lucien if he would be okay with him…. well, doing something that even we can’t repeat to Crazy Train Tara!!! Does he have a death wish??? L.L. Lucien told him that he should go for it and C.T. Tara told L.L. Lucien that she would think of him while she was doing the nasty with B.B. Reap. Awesome. Nigel was seen talking quietly to B.B. Reap during this whole incident and perhaps he was able to get through to him because at the end of the night C.T. Tara went her way and B.B. Reap went another. One of the interns believes that B.B. Reap probably just did it to tick off Anubis. We’re not so sure, though. We doubt Anubis holds out hope that C.T. Tara is holding out for him and him alone.

We just do NOT get the rules of Slutty Pirate Girl Teagan and Joey’s relationship. It seems that while they are dating one another, they both have other men that they’re interested in. We’re not sure who Joey’s new man is but evidently S.P.G. Teagan’s guy is named Emmerich. According to our sources S.P.G. Teagan really seems to dig this guy. Not enough to give up Joey, though. We still think that this is just a phase in Joey’s life and that Teagan’s going to be hurt pretty darn bad when she moves on. In fact, our sources say that S.P.G. Teagan has invited Joey to move in with her but Joey declined. Iiiinteresting! Maybe S.P.G. Teagan wants to get serious with Joey but it’s Joey that doesn’t want to get serious with S.P.G. Teagan???

Harris hasn’t decided to start dueling again (which certainly would be a sight as he is a living Outback legend) but he has taken to hanging out in his old haunts again. Even G’naughty G’nort seemed a bit surprised to see him hanging out and causing trouble down there once again. We can only hope that this return to the dueling venues is followed by his wife’s return. We have heard some GLORIOUS stories about her!

Also worth mentioning is that Kitty was seen in the Annex with her husband… who is now sporting breasts. Yeah, for some reason Tass is a woman. We have no idea why and it’s one of those things where you just don’t want to know any additional information, you know?

Patty Fingers Sunday!

Sometimes no matter how many times our sources explain to us what happened in the Red Dragon Inn on a given night, we just don’t understand. Maybe there are things that are just too crazy for us to wrap our minds around! That was Sunday night. Evidently there was a gingerbread ship full of gingerbread pirates who went on some sort of rampage in the Inn with Darcy, Lang, and Mega Mom Icer as its victims. The ship disappeared as suddenly as it appeared, though, and the patrons of the Red Dragon Inn were safe once more.

Harris bet Lil’ Bit Lirssa a silver that Harper would beat Kendall in a game of darts. We really didn’t think L.B. Lirssa to be the gambling sort but Harris is annoying enough to make anyone turn against their nature in order to shut him up! Kendall won the game of darts and L.B. Lirssa was excited to collect her coins. Perhaps Harper’s game was thrown off a bit because we hear she was admiring John’s new haircut. Well, after the game, Harris decided he needed to shake down Harper to recover the money he lost in his bet. The pair went blow for blow until L.B. Lirssa provided Harris with an ale… which, of course, distracted him from his shake down.

The night of fights didn’t stop there. Manly Mason and Doc Eva really ripped into Serena! Our sources couldn’t exactly tell what the argument was about but during the course of it both Manly Mason and Doc Eva stomped off once. Lil’ Bit Lirssa seemed to play peacemaker which again proves that she’s the most mature person in the Inn on any given night while Playboy Shane seemed to be sticking close to Serena’s side to offer emotional support. Crazy. We have no idea what this was about but you better believe we’re going to keep our ear to the ground!

Juliane was behind the bar and it seems that will be a regular occurrence. We do love Smith tenders! We hear that she caught Playboy Shane’s eye. Although, honestly, it’s not all that hard to catch Playboy Shane’s eye. Anyway, he was overheard asking Darcy about her later in the evening. We hear that Lil’ Bit Lirssa piped in to let Playboy Shane know that Juliane was Johnny’s sister and that if Shane got “all patty fingers with her” that Johnny would clobber Playboy Shane! HILARIOUS! We hear that Marvelous Mira was cracking up.

There were some Fight Night duels happening in the Annex but for the most part attention was focused on the Fists Tag Team Tournament that was taking place for the Tour. Although they only lasted one match, Jake and Napoleon certainly took the reward for best trash talkers! Who would have thought a rat and an orc would be so good at talking smack to their opponents??? They were so good, however, that we’re surprised that Smokin’ Sartan and the Gov MAN-tastic Matt were able to keep it together and beat them!

In the end nobody could match Sartan and MAN-tastic Matt’s skill and the pair took the tag team tournament. Congratulations to both of them!

Expecting Monday!

What do you know? Monday night found Dean and Susan drinking together at the Red Dragon Inn… again. These two are AWFULLY close for being “just friends”. Don’t you agree??? We hear that Lang threatened to try to steal Dean’s girl away from him. At this point we’re at a loss as to whether he means Quinn or Susan. Either way, the comment made Dean a little pissy. Although, we’re not entirely sure that “pissy” is a mood for him or just a general state of being. We do know for a fact that BOTH of those girls can do better. Lots better.

No way! We cannot believe it but evidently it’s true! The Many Faces of Fio was overheard telling Kendall that she and Ali are expecting a baby in August. You’ve GOT to be kidding us. Really, we cannot even IMAGINE what got into Ali’s head. It has to be unplanned, right??? With everything he has to worry about does he really need a kid as well??? Can you imagine Sullen Sal and Deliciously Sinful Sin as uncles??? We really hope that this doesn’t turn into a train wreck because we really want the best for both of them!

Well, the theme of the night wasn’t inappropriate conversations as it was several nights before but when does that ever stop Joey and Slutty Pirate Girl Teagan??? The pair are evidently involved in some sort of relationship but were not exactly sure what that means. We’re pretty darn sure that it doesn’t mean that they’re monogamous. Anyway, Joey was overheard Monday night in the Outback asking S.P.G. Teagan whether or not S.P.G. Teagan thought Joey’s boobs were big enough or if she should get bigger ones. Wow. What else can you say to that really??? We know you are all dying to know what S.P.G. Teagan’s response was. She evidently said that she likes Joey’s boobs just the way they are. That’s probably what passes as a sweet comment between the two of them.
