Stabbed in the Back Friday!

Didn’t we tell you that Riley was in trouble! We also told you that the pretty little Aliss was quite the looker! It seems that Daniel was spotted admiring her beauty Friday night in the Red Dragon Inn. The pair were seen chatting for quite some time and we hear that she had him laughing. They were joined by a pretty little brunette who introduced herself as Mindy that Daniel said was his neighbor. That man is just surrounded by pretty women! Who will he choose? It seems Riley’s not doing herself any favors. Daniel was overheard telling Mindy that he and Riley had an argument about her earlier in the day. The wrong thing to do when you start dating a man is have an argument about his pretty neighbor. We should really start a school on dating for women of this town. Maybe they’d stop ending up with such jerks!

We hear that the adorable little Amber was overheard offering to find one of her friends a date that wasn’t “all grabby hands”. Niiiice. The problem is that most women in this town like their men grabby and rude. The bad boys prosper and the good boys remain single. And then these same ladies can’t figure out why it is that the men they find end up leaving them! Maybe we should hire Amber on as an instructor in this dating school! She certainly seems to have her head on straight!

Ali was seen catching up with his dear friend Kate. They certainly seem pretty… well, intimate friends. We’re not so sure we trust her and we’re not so sure that Fio should either. We don’t believe that her feelings for Ali are completely platonic and she seems like one of those pseudo good girls who will stab you in the back and steal your man as soon as you turn your back. Ali’s not the type to leave a pregnant wife, is he??? No, probably not. However, we wouldn’t put it past him to cheat on his pregnant wife with an old flame. Watch your back, Fio! That’s all we’re saying! We don’t want to see the first marriage that we ever officiated end in a blaze of fire. Seriously. This time we really don’t.

Everett and Glenn were seen chatting together at the bar… which really isn’t all that surprising. We don’t think that they knew each other from when Everett was first in RhyDin but their personalities are so similar that it was only a matter of time before they met and became fast friends. What was surprising is that Juliane was seen with the pair of them! Let’s take two somewhat shy, quiet men and throw in an effervescent, beautiful young woman??? We’re surprised that the two didn’t spend the whole night tripping over their tongues in her presence. She can’t possibly be interested in one of them…. could she???

There was a lot going on in the Annex Friday night! Not only were Madness duels in high swing but there are quite a few people participating in this New Haven Squire tournament. Seriously??? There are people out there who WANT to be the Squire to Deathlord??? This is really just getting too weird. Somebody finally needs to step up and end his reign! It’s not enough that the scary looking guy is the baron of the most upscale district in RhyDin but he’s also starting some sort of creepy real estate business in New Haven. We’re not big on the interest Taneth has taken in him either…. or that he has taken in her. Really, Lucky Lawyer Lucien should put an end to that!

It seems that Kattria survived her sexual encounter of the frequented kind. She was back in the Annex Friday night getting some dueling in and we hear that she had a new face with her. Evidently the young woman’s name is Tristanie and she’s Kattria’s sister. She’s definitely a bit more on the silly side and evidently she had a toad with her. A bit odd but what else would you expect from a sister of Kattria??? The girls were quite the bubbly force and according to their conversation it seems we can expect dueling out of Tristanie in the future!

So it seems this whole Rix/Sarah thing is for real! What in the world??? He was seen hanging out on the couch with her while she called and we’re told that the action was one step from inappropriate behavior for a caller. They were even overheard discussing how he had just moved into her place!  We’re totally confused. We know one thing, though. Rix has been with a lot of girls over the years but he never makes it to the end of an aisle. We’re betting that this wedding never happens.

They weren’t the only surprising pair caught cuddling in the Annex late into the night! We hear that Paradise was seen all snuggled up to… Shadow??? Now there are rumors that Paradise was dating Venom Vinny but we’re sure that it wasn’t exclusive because nothing ever is with Venom Vinny. Therefore, we’re not too terribly surprised to see Paradise with another man but… Shadow??? When did these two start hooking up? She definitely seemed to light up when she saw him and he was definitely feeling her. Iiiiinteresting!

Paradise’s Tuesday!

The action started early Tuesday night in the Red Dragon Inn. After making fools of themselves over one another (and probably destroying both of their relationships in the mean time), Mack and Danny were again seen together hanging out. When Danny got into it with some mystery chick who REALLY thought she was something special, Mack stepped in and told the little you-know-what not to touch her man again. We don’t like cheaters AT ALL but we have to agree that anyone who attacks someone when they go to shake your hand is a coward and doing flips in the middle of the Inn is just plain annoying. Point and win to Mack and Danny there.

That handsome Allan guy was seen with a pretty little thing that’s supposedly new to town. That’s going to make some women in RhyDin painfully jealous! He is, after all, considered one of the more eligible bachelors even though we know next to nothing about him. The girl he was with was a pretty little brunette with an English accent named Bee. We have to admit that we’ve seen him talking to a lot of pretty women but that’s the first time that he actually seemed a bit smitten. He was overheard inviting her to come along with him to the spaceport and he’d show her around. We have a feeling that’s not all he’d show her… if you know what we’re saying!

Over on Twilight Island, eight competitors faced off in a single elimination tournament to find out who would have the opportunity to take Sivanna’s spot as Keeper of Fire now that Sivanna has moved on to the title of Archmage. The night was heavy in dueling action but light on gossip. The Archmage was seen whispering to Venom Vinny at one point. What could the two of them have to whisper about??? If I was her husband I would NOT be happy to see her with her head so close to Venom Vinny. He has a… well, a reputation.

As for Venom Vinny (can we say how glad we are that he’s out and about more now?), he seemed pretty surprised to see Anne back. He asked her when she returned from the dead and her response was “recently”. We’ve got to admit that we’re more than a little curious about what she’s doing back in RhyDin and what her plans are!

At the end of the night it was Paradise who emerged victorious and took the key to the tower! Congratulations, Paradise!

With all the action on Twilight Island, the Outback was a bit on the quiet side but Roran certainly didn’t seem to mind! It meant that he got to spend most of Ms. Wyh Not’s shift on the couch cuddled up with her. Wow. We really didn’t think that this relationship would progress as far as it has. But they almost seem like they’re in love! We’re dying to see what happens next!

Any Reason in the Friday!

The crowd in the Red Dragon Inn was sparse but lively Friday night! Chief Mischief Maker Eless was seen behind the bar tending to a group that consisted of many of her dear friends and seemed in her usual good spirits! It may have been a small crowd but they sure seemed to be in the mood for drinking!

Didn’t we tell you??? Only a NIGHT after SLUTtacious Darcy announced her argument with Playboy Shane in front of Jacinta’s sister, Jacinta was spotted in the Inn for the first time in quite a while! LOVE IT! She definitely saw an opening and seized it! The pair were seen talking intimately for some time but SLUTtacious Darcy arrived and didn’t allow that to stand! She was overheard telling Playboy Shane that they needed to talk and the pair left together. We doubt that Jacinta’s going to give up that easily, though!

Oh, Lord! We say it again! What in the world has gotten into Jin??? He was seen acting a down right full with How-To-Run-A-Man-Away-In-5-Minutes-Flat May laaaaate into the night. We hear that the pair was seen chasing each other around the Inn without a care as to who might be around watching them. Eventually, she was seen taking him home so she could “rub his back”. Is that what you kids are calling it these days???

Speaking of poor decision making, what has gotten into Queen of Class and Sass Sylvia?!?!? She was actually overheard agreeing to allow Chief Mischief Maker Eless, Sassy Serena, and Mad Cow Kazzy to have a sleep over with her children!!! Now while we do ADORE C.M.M. Eless and S. Serena and M.C. Kazzy are entertaining in a ridiculous sort of way we certainly wouldn’t be giving them free reign with our offspring! Can you only imagine the sort of things they will have learned by the end of the evening???

While the Inn might have been quite empty, the Island most certainly was not! Quite the crowd gathered to exchange spells and watch Real Estate Mogul Rena challenge Archmage Venom Vinny for his title! We hear that Prof. Jolyon was on hand to cheer R.E.M. Rena on which again puts into question the news from earlier in the week. He certainly seemed all about the R.E.M. Rena Friday night!!!

Before the match began Topaz was overheard giving Venom Vinny quite the lecture for his stance supporting Prop 37! We must admit that it doesn’t look good for the city’s magical community that the Archmage of the Duel of Magic supports the proposal! Venom Vinny held strong to his beliefs and was overheard telling Topaz that the magical community sees the non-magical portion as “lesser creatures” (reciting Topaz’s phrase back to her to prove his point) and that is incredibly dangerous. We’re still unsure about this whole mess. We see Vinny’s point but as there are magical beings among us here at the Den of Gossip we worry what registration might mean.

Haven’t we been hearing rumors of Manly Mason’s poor health??? Well, if his health is in such dire straights perhaps he should QUITE DRINKING SO HEAVILY!!! He was seen sitting with Prof. Jolyon and Doc Eva supporting R.E.M. Rena in her challenge while throwing back stiff drinks. We think that this whole “poor health” thing is merely a ploy to keep Doc Eva under his thumb! After his confrontation of Marvelous Mira, we’re sure that he’s a controlling dingbat!

FLAWLESS Koy is really an amazing wife! She brought homemade cinnamon buns to share with her hubby, The Gov MAN-tastic Matt, as they on their dear friend, R.E.M. Rena! It seems The Gov MAN-tastic Matt was also there to try his hand at magical dueling through the use of a hologram dueling machine. We’re not entirely sure that’s not cheating! Anyway, the pair certainly seemed very happy and we’re glad for it! After everything they’ve been through, they deserve some happy days!

According to what our sources overheard Caine saying, it seems that Caine and Michiko’s house is almost complete… so we guess nothing is standing in the way of them being married… EXCEPT SOUND JUDGMENT AND REASON!!! Take a step back and think about this, sweetheart! This guy does NOT strike us as a good guy. There’s something just… off about him. Take your time! There’s no need to rush into a lifelong decision!

The large cheering section on hand for R.E.M. Rena did not put her over the edge. Venom Vinny took her down to remain the Archmage for another cycle! Congratulations, Venom Vinny!

Archmage Tournament!

Monday night saw a spike in the magical energy on Twilight Island signaling another Archmage Tournament hosted by the fantastic Tormay! The Islands’ top mages — Real Estate Mogul Rena, Neo, Roman Cassius, Topaz, and Xerzes — gathered to duke it out in a double elimination style tournament to decide who would face current Archmage Venom Vinny for the right to hold the title!

We hear that Gullible Guil was on hand to cheer on his favorites. It seems he didn’t take so kindly to our sentiments on his new bride and her pregnancy. Luckily for him, Michiko was on hand to tell him not to listen to us and to reassure her friends that she is loyal to her man. Boooooo! Booooo, we say! We would like her much better if she was much less loyal to her man. As for Gullible Guil, he’d be a lot better off if he listened to our words of wisdom rather than ignore us…. but WHATEV!

Our Darling Taneth was, of course, present and accounted for! What would a tournament be without O.D. Taneth cheering on… well, everybody from the sidelines??? Her new furry little buddy, Chester, was hot on her heels.  Also hanging out with her was Crazy Train Tara who wasted no time in oogling the participants. Really, shouldn’t Lucky Lawyer Lucien or somebody step in to keep these two from spending so much time together??? Every time we hear that O.D. Taneth has called C.T. Tara “Mama Tara” we die a little inside. It’s really disturbing. Almost as disturbing as when she refers to Old Man Tass as “Papa Tass”.

Archmage Venom Vinny’s attention span is as short as a gnat! About halfway through the tournament, he seemed to forget that he was there to watch who would be challenging him for his title and instead started making out with Crazy Train Tara. Yep, you read that right! He started MAKING OUT with a MARRIED woman smack dab in the MIDDLE of an ongoing tournament. These two definitely aren’t the walking embodiment of the phrase “low profile”.

We always knew that there was something going on between Simmering Sivanna and Keeper Neo and she’s not doing ANYTHING to convince us otherwise! In fact, she was spotted keeping an AWFULLY close eye on his ring Tuesday night. She was even seen mouthing words of encouragement to him. Oddly enough, there are reports that she was a bit teary-eyed even and that Aja did not leave her side through out the night. Iiiinteresting. We’re dying to know what’s up and really hoping everything is okay with her. We really love, love, LOVE the idea of her and Keeper Neo together!

Real Estate Mogul Rena’s man, Prof. Jolyon, cheered her on! We hear that Topaz even provided him with a set of pompoms. OMG! To make matters even more surprising, he used them! Prof. Jolyon using pompoms??? Is love in the air??? Perhaps the cheering section was what she needed because R.E.M. Rena stepped away the victor at the end of a very long night of dueling!!!

Not Surprised Sunday!

Well, well, well! Things went from being awfully chummy between SLUTTACIOUS Darcy and her new guy, Drake, to being awfully hostile! The pair were overheard arguing in the Red Dragon Inn Sunday night while Lilli did her best to stay clear of being dragged into the fray! To keep out of it, Lilli turned her attention on The World’s Hottest Tender Tucker! We’re still not sure what we think of this girl but she DEFINITELY has good taste! Lilli seemed interested and T.W.H.T. Tucker was stumbling over himself like a fool. So cute!

Grumbling Grem was looking ROUGH! He evidently took quite the beat down but unfortuantely we have no details on exactly what happen. We’re working on it double time for you, though! His injuries did not stop him from being able to mack on his girl, Mad Kazzy! We’re pretty certain that it would take death to keep him from kissing on her. He’s awfully randy it seems!

Venom Vinny was seen with yet another woman whom we don’t know. We would learn her name but they come and go out of his life too quickly for us to bother! If she’s still hanging out with him next week, we’ll get our sources on it. Anyway, it seems that this particular young woman works at the Riverview Clinic and Venom Vinny was trying to get her to give him a tour of the joint. Maybe the questions that have been looming over the Clinic have finally got one of the Clinic’s most generous contributors thinking! We do so hope so! Venom Vinny is usually one to use his head and not blindly trust like the rest of the Clinic’s sheep!

It seems jail has not done Saucy Serena good! She’s been seen looking quite ill since her release. Sunday night she was in the company of Prof. Jolyon briefly. We do so hope that he can help bring stability to her life! We hear that his girl, Real Estate Mogul Rena, was keeping her distance from the pair. Maybe she doesn’t want to associate with the criminal! Interesting, no???

Now this is starting to not become news we repeat it so often but The World’s Hottest Tender Tucker was seen down in the dumps AGAIN! We sure hope this is not STILL about Doc Eva. The girl’s cute but she’s not worth all this melodrama that’s for sure! Queen of Class Sylvia was seen trying to cheer him up and inviting him out to her home to play with her children. WHAT?!?! T.W.H.T. Tucker gets an invitation and we don’t??? We’re hurt, Q.O.C. Sylvia! HURT!

Our biggest fan Cutie Carley was in the Inn laaaate into the night trying to write us a letter. We’re not sure what it was about. We really wish that she’d stop by the Den of Gossip! We miss her cute little self! Anyway, we hear that Ehz was there as well and suggested a variety of nicknames for addressing the letter to yours truly, including Pinkoodle Fluff, Farfenpooter, Hot Dogacuss. We do have to admit that Farfenpooter is starting to grow on us!

Our Darling Taneth and Overlord Tormay were seen cuddled up in the Inn late into Sunday night discussing some last minute details for their wedding! Friday, June 26th! You MUST be there! Yours truly will DEFINITELY be stopping by for a dance with the bride! Wouldn’t miss it for the WORLD! Rekah is evidently super excited. Speaking of starting to grow on us, that cutie most certainly is becoming one of our fast favorites! Adorable!

Wow. We’re so not surprised. It seems that She-Devil Aja has dumped her babies’ daddy and moved on to another man. Get this! He’s a Kidd! No lie! Another Dirty Pirate Brother Padriq was seen all over S-D Aja including grabbing her booty. Classy, girl! Real classy! We hear that A.D.P.B. Padriq is not a fan. Again, we’re not surprised.  We give this relationship three months. They’ll marry and divorce before the first snow!
